Wedmore Barn Conversion

Scope: 5000 sq ft high-end residential property constructed within the footprint of an existing steel-frame barn
Timeline: 14 months (September 2017 – November 2018)
Overview: Located near Bristol in Wedmore, this £1.49 million luxury new build was a unique project combining contemporary design with rural surroundings. Built entirely within the perimeter of a former agricultural barn, the result is a striking, spacious home delivered to the highest standard of finish.

Full Property Renovation

Scope: Complete internal renovation including kitchen and bathroom refurbishment, in partnership with a local architect
Timeline: 9 months
Overview: The client inherited a property in Gloucestershire and sought to relocate to Somerset. We facilitated the entire process—from architectural planning and obtaining permissions to managing costs and coordinating the build. With regular updates and collaborative decision-making, the project was completed smoothly. The client was delighted with the outcome and has since returned for further work.

7-Bed New Build – Conservation Area

Scope: Demolition of existing bungalow and construction of a seven-bedroom home with traditional stone mullions and lime-rendered external walls
Overview: Set within a conservation area, this project involved replacing a dated bungalow with a striking seven-bedroom property. Careful attention was paid to traditional detailing, including stone mullions and lime plastering, ensuring the new build complemented its historic surroundings while offering modern comfort and space.
